We are renting lighting gear from RA. Dave will provide a gear list, lighting design and lighting plot. Dan will provide a PC and software to program and operate the lights.
Most of the equipment is already at the otherworld, there may be some gear at the lighthouse, and there is also a question of road cases currently at Impact.
Bruce has taken responsibility for the transpo plan.
We will allow for a 10' x 10' footprint on the truck and 1800 lbs load - this has a safety margin built in based on Dave's initial estimate on the weight.
Setup will be sunday and monday, to be completed in time for Dave and Dan to program the system monday night. Tuesday night we go live... Strike is the following Sunday.
The weekend following BM we will do a gear clean-up party. Dave is going to confirm with the OW this is okay to have by the pull-up door. We have acess to a pressure washer to do the job. Sunday, 11-sept is best for me as I work Saturday afternoons. I figure better to get a big team together on one day and bang the job out in a couple of hours, rather than spread it out over two days... We have $200 in the budget for the clean-up party.
We are pretty good in terms of staffing, need to check on arrival times...
